Lucy & Edd Travis

run their family business just outside the picturesque village of Kingston Seymour

Middle Lane Farm has been in the Travis family for a 100 years and we were beef farmers until when we diversified 15 years ago. Our first project was to dig our fishing lakes in the Plantations Field, and converted the oldest part of the barn to a tea shop soon after.

Since then we converted the main barn 5 years ago as our restaurant and main function room with its high ceiling, open stone walls and wooden beams. Soon after our tea shop became our holiday units, but this year it has returned to one room to became our new Orchard Room.

We've recently been granted approval to hold wedding, civil partnership, renewal of vows and naming ceremonies in our Orchard Room.

Lucy & Edd strive to offer to something different when it comes to helping you celebrate. We don't offer packages as every occassion and client is individual. We don't expect you to share your celebration, so we offer you exclusive use of our entire venue.

Whilst we're a new venue, we catered for over fifty wedding receptions and celebration parties in 2008 (please see our customers' comments to hear about them).
